She's apparently been entirely reduced to animal urges -- normally such a cold and proud woman, she's all heat here, moaning both their names. After only a moment, she says Jaime's name with an extra note of urgency, and he just manages to get a hand over her mouth to muffle her scream, gritting his teeth hard as she clenches around them both. His hand slips away as he comes too, biting her shoulder hard as his hips jerk into her.
